How much is water heater installation in Singapore?

Storage or instant — which should I install?
Most HDB bathrooms run one shower at a time, so an instant heater is usually enough. Choose storage if two bathrooms may run together, or you want steadier pressure through a rain shower. Typical HDB storage tanks are around 15–25 litres.
Can I buy my own heater?
Yes. We install customer-supplied units after checking the model fits the space and isolator. We can also recommend market units after measuring — Joven, Rheem, Ariston and similar. Survey first for under-sink kitchens.
Who licences the work?
Plumbing by PUB licensed plumber Lam Kien Choon WS16882018. Electrical by EMA-certified trades. Company BCA L1 ME01 / ME06 / ME12.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?
No. Hours are Mon–Sat 08:00–17:00. Same-day when slotted; after-hours WhatsApp is subject to dispatch, not a fixed response time.
Do I need a pressure relief valve on a storage heater?
Yes. A storage heater needs a correctly sized pressure and temperature relief valve piped to drain. If the old valve is seized or the discharge is choked, the tank is unsafe and should not be reused.
