Six photos that speed up your quote
Photo 02
Nameplate / model label
Brand, model and litre / kW if readable. Wipe condensation if needed.

Isolator / switch
The local isolator and, if the circuit trips, a photo of the DB label for that circuit.

Pipe connections
Inlet/outlet, PRV discharge path on storage, any obvious drip staining.

Ceiling / cabinet space
For storage upgrades: open the access panel or cabinet so we see depth and support.

Problem close-up
Leak point, scorch mark, or error light — plus a 5–10s video if it only fails when running.
What happens after you send photos
- We read property type, access and symptom from the shots.
- We reply with a labour from-price band (storage from S$280 / instant or replace from S$180 / repair from S$80) and whether a survey is needed first.

- PUB plumbing + electrical checks stay on the same visit when in scope.
